So I give The Last Airbender a generous 2 - meaning, don't see it.
It's $17.00 and hour and a half of my life I'll never get back.

LOL. Too bad you couldn't sneak in a dvd player, a Predator disc and some earphones.
You might be out $17.00 and an hour and a half of your life BUT turn it around, you had that hour and a half with your daughter and that's priceless!
You're an awesome Dad LL, if I had a dad when I was growing up I'd want one just like you! (My dad passed away when I was 4 1/2 so yes I did have a dad but very little memory of him.)

That is hilarious! hahaha Why did Emilie even pick it? So random...Remember when we saw Pluto Nash? Now that was a bad movie.
Azra - I enjoy indulging the girls.
Darlin - Yeah, that one does NOT belong on the "bucket list".
Amanda - Emilie said she enjoyed the cartoon series when she was little. Yes, I remember Pluto Nash and this one was even worse in my opinion. However, I didn't take 4 girls to this one the way I did to Pluto Nash.
Like darlin said, that was an hour and a half with your daughter. You can't beat that.
I don't regret the time with my daughter...because I confess that I tortured her a bit. About 15 minutes into the movie, she asked, "Dad, do you want to leave?"
I replied (innocently), "No, sweatheart - let's sit through the whole film".
She asked me a couple more times if I wanted to leave. Each time I declined, opting instead to make her watch it with me...
