Two babies in the hangars, ready for the runway in December. My daughter's due dates came out within a week of each other...the week before Christmas. Which will make for an interesting Christmas/Quanza celebration.
Oh my goodness, have I been away that long? Well holy smokes, what an amazing Christmas gift, not one, but two more grandbabies. Woohoooo!! Both of your daughters look amazing, so beautiful and they've hardly put on enough weight... as Jenny said, someone feed those girls! ;-)
This blog has many elements and depending on your interests, may pique your imagination...or not. I urge you to be unreasonable. Reasonable people adapt themselves to the world. The unreasonable persist in trying to adapt the world to themselves, therefore all progress depends on unreasonable people. The more unreasonable you are, the more likely you are to enjoy this blog. All men dream, but not equally.
If you're a socialist or a Marxist, you'll find that I poke fun at your absurd notions of "good government" on a regular basis. So you might not wish to follow this blog because you'll be offended.
John Locke said, "One unerring mark of the love of truth is not entertaining any proposition with greater assurance than the proofs it is built upon will warrant." I like what Locke said. We can't theorize without adequate information because when we do we inevitably twist facts to suit theories rather than theories to suit facts. In this blog and in my life, I try to maintain this perspective.
Either you believe in our essential spark of shared divinity, or you succumb to our human insecurity. Either way your conscience lets you slice it, the main thing is to earnestly do what is right at the time.
Today, I balance work and play as much as anyone can. All things remaining equal, play is more important. Life is short - it's important to make every day count for something, if only to yourself.

Beautiful! Those bumps do not look big enough to be harboring December babies! Someone feed those girls.
Thanksgiving is coming. The unborn will be demanding turkey, stuffing, spuds and gravy, pumpkin pie and cranberry sauce.
What a great Christmas present, two of them. My Judy's BD is the 26th. So she gets two days of loving. You December will be full for sure.
Don't they realize that it's going to - in the future - cost $$$$$$$$$ on Christmas?
We're familiar with birthdays being in December.
John, my birthday is December 26 as well, the WORST possible day of the year to be born.
I worked with a guy about twenty years ago who told me that he had the worst birthday of the year. I said, "bet me". (He did)
He said, December 27.
I said, December 26.
He bought the tacos.
It's tough coming in second to Christ. ;) I don't have that problem. I beat him by more than two months.
But hey, free tacos!!
Hey LL! Howya doing? Wow, both daughters giving birth soon? At least that's two extra bundles of joy for you. Congrats! :)
Azra, more bundles of joy are better. That goes double for grandparents.
Christmas will be extra special around your home. You'll have that basketball team with cheerleaders in no time.
5 Grandsons and 2 Granddaughters with the December draft...yes, a basketball team.
