Didn't we all have a day, or week, or semester like that back in the day. As a matter of fact, he is just like that kid running for student counsel, who promises candy machines in the hallways, longer breaks between classes, etc.
(…I know, they actually have candy machines in the hallways now - see, they're taking over.)
