Rost in Transration

When you leave the "west" and travel, you begin to note that "we're" not the only ones who wear t-shirts with sayings on them. 










The shirts below offer both cautionary advice - and suggestions for more meaningful romance.

That's why I won't buy a T-shirt written in Japanese or Chinese or any other language I can't read...you never know what it really says!

Wasn't sure which blog to post on regarding your comment on my blog. You and I will, of course, agree to disagree, but I did want to thank you for arguing in a reasonable and factual manner, rather than just arguing. Tectonic subduction (which was something I did not know well) seems to be moving at a glacial pace. Removing CO2 much slower than we are adding. Ocean acidification is now being graphed showing phenomenal levels and certainly killing the corals...now visibly.

Anonymous is spot on. Unless you speak Chinese, you'd better check on what those symbols really mean before you have them tattooed onto your flesh. Think back to this ... all your base are belong to us. A cautionary tale.
