They boast the French tricolors: and are aptly named liberte, equality, fraternitie -- they are pay-toilets, are available for both genders, and I did not enter for a closer inspection.
It made me wonder what France had done to Norway to deserve this. (note that Norway's flag colors are also red, white and blue)

Maybe they are attempting to do onto the French what the French do to everyone else.
French ideals of government belong in the toilet. That's why Obama loves them.
