The medium gray 2011 BMW 535i with the "M" (sport and premium upgrade packages) does not say p#~~y magnet and it doesn't scream midlife crisis. It's not a red Porsche 911 bi-turbo.
Okay, the engine is turbo charged and it runs down the road like a banshee. If it had wings, it would fly like a homesick angel. But it's a luxury car that drives like a sports car. It's a BMW.
And the best part of the whole thing is that it's sitting on my driveway on run-flat 19" high performance tires, ready to go....wherever, because AT LEAST half the fun is getting there - maybe more than half the fun.

A car like that deserves a spot in the garage. Sweet ride.
Envy, envy, envy!!!
If there wasn't my mom's work stuff or 55 years worth of my dad's stuff in the garage, it would have a nice covered place:)
Silver/grey cars here end up looking rusted with the way they do the roads here in winter. But I love the car :)
Very nice car, it just doesn't sound proper to call this beauty a "car" now does it? A nice ride, nope... that sounds too young, a HOT car, nope... younger yet, just name it already would you LL? ;-)
Darlin - I BUILT the Scorpion and all I did was buy the Beemer.
But I'm going to drive the Ortega Highway today with my daughter, Emilie and I'll take a few photos. If they turn out, I'll blog them up.
Sounds like a fun day LL, I'm looking forward to viewing some of your shots. Have a great day!
You can still name the Beemer, you named your bike and didn't build that. :-)
