OMG, that's insane! I wonder if the driver was possibly one of those elderly people who shouldn't be driving anymore, the ones that the doctor doesn't want to be mean to and take away their drivers. Either that or someone was super high on something.
I'm sure everyone feels better at this demonstration of safe driving. Ask any cop, this kind of thing happens all the time. At least he didn't run over the officer's foot.
Reason number 1,687 1/2 why I could never be a cop. I would have shot the fucker and turned the car off myself.
