There is some kind of warning before you proceed to the site. I don't know why it's there. Perhaps because we're at war in Afghanistan, but it's not hazardous in any way I know of. This information is all cultural and historic.

You're right. There is a "radioactive"warning at your site.
It's not "my site". The afghan culture site snatched an article I posted elsewhere and liked it so much that they kept it on their site. I don't mind. The article is good. Most of the experts on Afghanistan aren't -- in my opinion. There are a few like Barnett Rubin who are true experts.
