Federal Employee Crisis Management

US Government employees are not perfect. They have the same problems that you and I have except that they are trained to deal rationally with serious problems. It's what sets them apart as a cut above. Training brings them to the point where they refuse to panic no matter how bad things look, no matter how grim things seem to them at the time.

These are the bureaucrats who decide our destiny - who process our requests and who examine our gripes and who we pay through taxes to make our lives just a little better.

I work for State government. We haven't gotten a raise in three years and we're already underpaid. The public is always crying that they want the govt. to lay off employees...but then the time comes when they need their driver's licenses or (where I work) nursing or other medical license and they don't want to have to wait 6 weeks to get it.

That's the Democrats on an Escalator vid. I had that one up a while back. Funny stuff.

BTW...my truck blew a caliper at 70 mph on the Interstate today and needed a tow, so no luck checking out the Obama Socialism poster, though one person assured me it was "real." I still need to see it for myself, though. I'll report back to ya later.

I wonder where I can get one of those posters... or maybe ten of them.

As to the people on the escalator, it simply strikes me as typical of liberals.
