San Diego

San Diego, California (skyline)
In addition to the office being established in Pasadena for the high tech company in start-up mode that my partners are working on, I've begun to look at potential office space in San Diego for the consulting firm. I always thought house hunting was difficult. The precisely correct office space is even more difficult to find because an office provides a perception of the business as well as  work space. Crafting the impressively correct image, a location with a view of the ocean and harbor, as well as finding function is not as easy as it sounds at first blush.

At present, I'm hoping to find a place and move in by the end of summer. We've been very busy with work, with clients, with travel and our initial spectacular success seems to be mirrored in a string of clients coming to the table.

How about a beach-front office in Nevada?

WO FAT: I could always approach Willy about sub-letting his cave. I'm sure he'd give me a rate. (yes, other readers, he lives in an actual cave - in the side of a mountain)

Beautiful! Would you by chance be needing a social worker with a degree in three years? That is if you do find a location someplace other than a cave!

Darlin', I would think that Canadian women are much tougher than their cousins in the "lower 48 states". As such, I expected that you'd be pushing me to move the office into "the cave". Though the temperature at it's coldest wouldn't cause a Canadian to put on a sweater - even in the cave.

Never fear. I prefer an office in a high rise with a view of the harbor to life in a cave.

We might be tougher but personally I also enjoy the sunshine beaming onto my work as I dream of being out in the water I can see from my office! One could always vacation in the cave! lol
